How Global Innovative Coaching collects, uses, and protects your personal information — and the rights you have over your data.

Effective: April 19, 2026 Last updated: April 19, 2026 Operator: Francisco Matos, sole proprietor
The short version. We collect only what you give us through our contact form or email — name, email address, and any message you send. We use it to respond to you and to send the resources you request. We do not sell your data, we do not run ad networks, and we do not track you across the web. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights — see the sections below or email us to exercise them.

1. Who we are

This website, globalinnovativecoaching.com ("the Site"), is operated by Francisco Matos, a sole proprietor doing business as Global Innovative Coaching ("GIC", "we", "our", "us"). For any privacy question, data access request, or complaint, contact us at franciscoa.matos@gmail.com.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device. We use a just-in-time (contextual) consent approach: we do not interrupt you with a cookie banner when you arrive. No optional cookies are set when you land on the homepage, read the hero, or browse our content. Cookies are grouped into two categories:

Changing or withdrawing your choice. Click the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer at any time. A preferences window opens where you can switch between Enable Calendly widget and Essential only and save your updated choice. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it (GDPR Art. 7(3)).

We self-host our fonts so no font CDN (including Google Fonts) receives your IP address. We do not use Local Storage or session storage for analytics, fingerprinting, or any purpose other than remembering your cookie-consent choice.

7. How long we keep your data

8. International transfers

Our service providers are primarily based in the United States. If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, this means your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism. On request, we can provide further information about the safeguards in place.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS across the whole site, access controls on our inboxes, and service providers with their own security programs (Netlify, Google, Calendly). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take it seriously and act quickly if we become aware of any issue.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
